Spring Gala Information for Exhibitors

Early Registration Bonus!

If your application form and payment of the deposit are received prior to November 30, 2011, we will provide carpeting for your 10' x 10' booth at no additional charge. These applicants also get a chance to win a 10x10ft booth for HALF PRICE! Get your applications in today for your chance to win.

Door Prizes

Each booth is responsible for providing one prize to be drawn after the second fashion show. Exhibitors are to keep their door prize in their booth. These door prizes are drawn for in the With This Ring draw booth and exhibitors will be informed of the winning bride for them to contact immediatley after draw is made at 2:00pm.

Grand Prize Opportunity!

With the contribution of an additional prize to be combined into the overall Grand Prize, exhibitors will be recognized with additional advertising segments, in features throughout the fashion show and at the bridal gala. All grand prize contributions must be given to a With This Ring representative during check in. Please submit your Grand Prize confirmation form to us if you would like to contribute, prior to January 15, 2012.
 

Wedding Fashion Show

To be held in a separate room from the trade show and will be professionally choreographed by Profile ProMotions at 11:30am & 2:30pm. The trade show will remain open throughout both fashion shows. Anyone wishing to participate should indicate so with their registration.

Sale Salon

An opportunity for exhibitors to sell clearance merchandise... wedding gowns, formal gowns and men's wear. Please contact us if you are interested in this great opportunity to clear out some of your merchandise.
 

Advertising

The main media sponsors are Big 105.5 FM, KG Country, Sunny 94.4, The River and Red Deer Advocate. With the sponsorship coverage provided by these prime media avenues, 'With This Ring... Bridal Gala' will be well advertised in and around Central Alberta!

Bride / Groom List

A database of all participating brides and grooms will be available on disk to each individual exhibitor. This is confidential information intended for the sole use of the exhibitor and is not to be shared, duplicated or sold.

Booths

10' X 10' booths are fully draped. Carpeting not included. Each booth includes - an individual power outlet and one 8' skirted table.

Booth rates: $950.00 + GST each

Deposit: $450.00 to hold booth space, with full payment due by Jan. 15, 2012.

 Home-based Businesses:

Booths are 5' X 10' and fully draped. Each booth includes one 6' skirted table. Power and carpeting not included.

Booth Rates: $600.00 + GST each

Deposit: $291.50 to hold booth space, with full payment due by Jan. 15, 2012.
